A sudden upturn in new faces is exciting, there’s nothing better than the hustle and bustle of a lively class. But don’t forget, these new faces need to be welcomed into your community. Now we all like to feel special, and one easy way to do that is to welcome your new customers by their name. And for that extra satisfaction, give them a shout out in the middle of a class, especially when they’re crushing it!
Knowledge is power
This is a bold step for many of your new clients, and for those that are relatively new to exercise, it is often a scary one. Remember, if they are new to exercise they’ll be a little nervous, some may be recovering from injuries, others may be on medication. Take time to check your class register before every class. Form a plan with your staff to discuss any medical conditions with your clients and to make them aware that you understand.

Booking and purchasing your services is already super easy, but is there anything you can do to make it even easier? Keep in contact

And whilst you’re doing your best to convert these new faces to new clients, don’t forget to keep advertising.
