For many this motivation and willpower that you exude is seemingly out of reach for the mere mortal. But, you know it doesn’t always come easy, and you know that it didn’t just happen overnight. Researchers at Duke University has found that habits account for about 40% of our behaviours each and every day. Understanding how to create new fitness habits is essential for building a strong fitness business and maintaining a healthy fitness studio.
You already have an amazing community that enables you to maintain your fitness business, but what is it that gels your community together?
