The most common goto report is the Receipts Report, a handy report that breaks down all your income, showing any fees and VAT deductions. This report comes into its own when running your end of year finances, as its all done for you.
There are a range of other financial reports that also provide you with valuable key figures such as the ‘Top Clients Income’ report, listing all your clients for a selected time frame in order of their financial spend, the Total Revenue Report and Membership Report to name but a few.
But did you know that your Reports can also give you other key figures, figures that can alert you of potential customer problems?
For example, did you know you can run a report on ‘Clients that have never booked’, highlighting any client that has registered with you but not placed a booking; this helps you to make contact with these clients and guide them to their first class.
And, speaking of first class, did you know that you can now run a report to highlight when a client has booked their first class, run this report daily to help you give that extra special first time client welcome.
Other reports that you may find useful to identify if a client needs that little extra motivation is the ‘No Shows’ report, highlighting any clients that have not turned up for class (an early sign that there may be a problem) and the ‘Cancellation without refund’ report.
